Premises Liability is a phrase that describes a broad overview of different types of cases including; slip and falls, trip and falls, and negligent security cases, so premises liability arises out of a premises owners or somebody who has possession of the premises duty to maintain the premises and keep others safe. Now that duty means – it’s just responsibility. A premises owners’ or possessors’ responsibility and necessity to keep their property safe from hazards. So that if you go on their property, you don’t get hurt. Now that responsibility is different from case to case, in some cases it may be a higher responsibility, and in some cases it may be lower responsibility.
