Richard Villalba, Esq.

Richard Villalba is a Cuban-born attorney with deep roots in the South Florida community. He graduated with highest honors from Florida International University, where he earned a degree in Political Science. Richard then continued his legal education at Saint Louis University School of Law on a Dean’s Scholarship, gaining hands-on experience through the school’s legal clinic, assisting clients with business transactions, including the incorporation of non-profits.

In addition to his formal legal training, Richard gained valuable experience clerking at a Miami law firm specializing in first-party insurance litigation and real estate. He has also served as a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem in Florida's 11th Judicial Circuit, advocating for the best interests of children.

Complementing his legal career, Richard has over nine years of experience in the technology sector, where he held senior engineering positions. This unique combination of legal and technical expertise enables him to take a well-rounded, problem-solving approach to his practice.
