Richard Villalba is a Cuban-born attorney with deep roots in the South Florida community. He graduated with highest honors from Florida International University, where he earned a degree in Political Science. Richard then continued his legal education at Saint Louis University School of Law on a Dean’s Scholarship, gaining hands-on experience through the school’s legal clinic, assisting clients with business transactions, including the incorporation of non-profits.
In addition to his formal legal training, Richard gained valuable experience clerking at a Miami law firm specializing in first-party insurance litigation and real estate. He has also served as a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem in Florida's 11th Judicial Circuit, advocating for the best interests of children.
