Jerome H. Wolfson, a renowned legal practitioner, was born in Long Branch, New Jersey. He embarked on his academic journey at Valley Forge Military Jr. College before completing his undergraduate studies at Drew University, located in Madison, New Jersey. In 1960, he moved to South Florida and joined the University of Miami Law School, where he earned his law degree in 1963. As a licensed attorney in Florida, he later served in the United States Coast Guard until receiving an Honorable Discharge in 1969. Over his career, Wolfson has acted as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants across diverse legal fields, such as Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Worker’s Compensation, and Labor Employment. Today, he focuses exclusively on personal injury cases and cases against insurance companies for wrongful denial of benefits, and he also serves as an impartial labor arbitrator.
